The seminar features a combination of faculty teaching, (pre-recorded) student presentations, and plenary discussion sessions. The program is highly interactive and includes ample opportunity for exploring emerging themes in continuous innovation, related theory and methodology, background and seminal contributions and, importantly, also networking.
Each morning a specific topic, related challenges and relevant methodological issues are addressed based on the lecturer's own research. During the afternoon, the students discuss their own and others' work in view of the topics addressed in the course of the seminar.
